If you have the Home & Business version, with Outlook, you can use the mail merge feature under Tools->Mail Merge Manager: Mail Merge and Office 2011 (http://www.macworld.com/article/158391/2011/03/mail_merge_word.html)
If you don't have Outlook, then you'll need to use another method. Perhaps this thread would be a place to start Custom HTML email in Snow Leopard? (http://discussions.info.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2344144&tstart=26) Then you could use Automator to run the Get Selected Messages, Group Mailer & Send Outgoing Messages actions to email them out to your recipient list.
Word tends to butcher HTML code by adding a boatload of clutter and I read somewhere that using Tables is the way to go for keeping formatting with various mail clients.

even with just your resume up there ... employers will find you.
I had one up there once and even received calls from headhunters.
best of luck to you

If you can hold out, I would wait until Apple finally phases out C2D from its lineup and goes with something a little more current, which should be in a couple of months.
Whenever the MacBook and MacBook Pro 13 switchover to Sandy Bride, I would expect the Mac Mini to follow.

I believe that iMac isn't in for a batch of good luck. Reset the PRAM, PMU and I would even reinstall the RAM and whichever OS it is running.
Hope that Mac gets well soon.

You could leave afp on ;)
Was the apple TV the only device using afp? Perhaps when you
hacked the atv you broke its afp and it does not disconnect
cleanly. Try turning off the atv, then turning off afp.
You could try turning off file sharing completely, then
just enabling smb.
I'm not sure why you want to do this, afp typically works
better than smb on apple devices.
the only reason i was using smb is because of a hacked atv 1, and it was having me mount share drives and change afp to smb, not sure why?
I FINALLY GOT MY SHARING BACK!
my mac pro would totally freeze every time i clicked afp, and then i would pram it, and then i tried clicking on filie sharing and it would totally freeze, and YES MAYBE YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE ATV!!
i unplugged the atv, and then went and re did the pram, and clicked on sharing and whala! it is now back!
thanks for the reply!

Anyone know what name of the print type/technique where a glossy graphic is placed over a matte surface? They don't necessarily have different colors, it just shows different textures. Almost like thin plastic sticker is placed over the matte surface.
I've mostly seen them on book covers and product packaging, anyone know what this type of printing is called?

ipad also shows up as a camera in which you can copy the pictures.
That only works with pictures in the "camera roll," that is, those taken with the iPad (if you have an iPad 2), or iPad screen snapshots, or pics saved while web browsing. It doesn't work for pictures synced from a PC.
Also, if the original pics were high resolution, they would have been downsized when syncing to the iPad. So even if you email the pics back to yourself, they may not be as high quality as the lost originals. Sorry. :(

Any idea on how I'd acquire ProDOS?
Here's one way to get it bootstrapped if you have a serial cable:

Hi I'd like to be able to watch a movie on my nano iPod, what's the best way?
THanks,
D
OP never said they had a first, second or sixth generation device.
Adrian, you have a point; this question can't be answered without that bit of knowledge.
dedalus, which version of the nano do you have? If you have the 6th gen with the clip on the back and the small touchscreen, then I have a bit of bad news; it cannot play video-- not yet, anyway.
The three previous versions can play video.
THanks,
D

hey guys im using redsnow jailbreak and i have a IOS of 4.2.1 on my itouch. Also im using Redsn0w 0.9.6b4 version. OK when i download my 4.2.1 firmware its always a zipped file and i cant access them when using redsnow to jailbreak my idevice. It would help alot if u guys could help me. This is my first idevice ever so yea im a newb. Im using windows OS on my laptop if it helps at all.
There are hundreds of tutorials on the interwebnet where you can follow step by step instructions
1. Right click and press unzip file on windows. (for your firmware)
2. Run redsn0w and then point it in the direction of the file you just unzipped.
if you have any specific questions they would be easier to answer as I am not sure on your exact problem

Always nice to solve a problem, isn't it? Funny that I tried to repair the database as well, to no avail, then tried the button cuz it was there...and that worked. So, maybe you have to do everything twice to cure the problem...or it is simply possessed by demons.

here you go. You can totes say I did this. Copyright free.
The free work in this forum is some of the best I've ever seen anywhere. I think you'll find most designers here will work their hardest when they do it for nothing.
edit: You should give a shout-out to ɹɐǝqopǝd - he's one of the better designers around. His buttons are tight. Good luck with your assignment.
and, btw, I've tried to view the sample buttons you created...in 3 browsers. They aren't showing up.
